Diverse opinions and unique abilities lead to better solutions and outcomes

Continuing our journey

As our Culture and Values journey continues, we’re excited to enter the next phase with an increased focus on diversity and inclusion.

As a small company with a huge focus on people, it’s always about the best person and the best skills for the job, whether that’s within our internal Genioo team or our broader talent pool of independent consultants. But we know that diverse perspectives and unique abilities lead to better outcomes for the success of our company and for our clients in the Life Sciences industry in which we operate.

Here's what a few of our female leaders from across the business had to say about their own experiences moving up the career ladder and how they plan to bring more diversity to Genioo in the coming months and years.

Meet Sarah B.

Our series begins with Sarah Bond, Global Head of Talent and Development, as she shares what life as a lawyer looked like 25 years ago and how she tapped into her network to overcome the overt and unconscious bias she faced to grow her confidence and earn her seat at the table.

VP Account Development US

Olivia Jung

Next, we meet Olivia Jung, VP Account Development US, who shares how she overcame cultural stereotypes to find her own unique strengths and become a hug success and great asset to the commercial team she leads.

Head of Talent Acquisition

Sarah Muoio

The journey continues with Sarah Muoio, Head of Talent Acquisition, and her keen focus on building our employer branding to make sure Genioo is on the radar of as diverse a pool of talent as possible.

Head of Offerings and Marketing

Kathrin Munz

On to our Head of Offerings and Marketing, Kathrin Munz, a true champion of cross-functional connection and collaboration and our One Team approach that differentiates us from traditional consulting firms.

Director of Client Service US

Sara Levin

And finally, Sara Levin, a bold New Yorker holding her own in the male-dominated consulting world and advocating hard for more women to join the consulting space and recognize the abilities and strengths they bring to their teams and their clients.

At Genioo, Our One Team approach to working, gives everyone a voice in shaping the future of our company. From our Purpose and Values to the client experience -- our services, tools, and methodologies – our entire team had a hand in building these. And as our future further unfolds, we plan to find ways to bring more diversity into our teams making sure everyone we work with feels fully enabled and empowered to learn and grow and really make their mark and that our clients always get the best people and best outcomes.
