Sarah is the Global Head of Freelance Talent, overseeing an international team of experienced staffing professionals responsible for the recruitment and staffing of our independent consulting community.
Sarah has a strong track record of global team management and improving company performance and is passionate about building the best-in-class talent staffing function. Alongside coaching others into leadership positions, she enjoys finding better ways to work and solving business challenges through a strong commercial, cultural and people-focused lens.
Previous experience
Sarah was previously Global Head of Talent Strategy at Axiom, the pre-eminent alternative legal services provider, leading the legal professional talent team across three continents.
She began her career at Herbert Smith Freehills, a renowned international law firm, where she trained and qualified as a solicitor.
Prior to joining Axiom, Sarah worked in a legal search boutique and a large legal recruitment consultancy where she specialised in recruiting solicitors for large city and international law firms in London, Europe and the Middle East, before moving into a business operations role.

Education
Sarah holds a BA in English from the University of Bristol, as well as postgraduate legal qualifications from the University of Wolverhampton (CPE) and the College of Law (LSF).
She is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales (non-practising).
Interests
Sarah loves spending quality time with friends and family over dinners and drinks, but tries to offset this with a healthy amount of exercise.
She also loves being by the sea or out on a river, but her favourite holidays are city breaks. She enjoys visiting the art galleries and museums, but is never happier than watching the world go by from a local cafe.
