As VP of Account Development, Olivia is responsible for implementing best practices in account management and partnering with her Client Service Partners to deepen key account relationships.
Olivia's experience in serving life sciences clients in the professional services industry, has given her years of insight into the industry and its operations. She genuinely cares about our clients, what they are worried about, and what they need to accomplish. And her thoughtfulness enables her to ask the right questions to build relationships with clients and help them find the right solutions.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Genioo in 2021, Olivia spent more than 15 years at GLG in various roles including client service, content development, and sales and account management.

Education
Olivia holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University. She is a native English speaker and is also proficient in Korean.
Interests
Olivia has called New York City her home the past 10 years, where she lives with her husband and two sons. In her time away from work, Olivia enjoys exploring new museums and parks in NYC, hiking, and spending time with her family.
