As Global Head of Business Process Analytics & Systems at Genioo, Isabel is responsible for the centralized reporting department and the system (hardware and software) landscape of the company. With her team, she assesses the latest technology in the market, its fit for Genioo and the opportunities to further customize or build our in-house software applications.
In her role as Head of Business Process Analytics, Isabel is focused in building out reports in business intelligence tools, creating sales and operations models in order to review, assess and improve company performance. She also monitors risk models, derives insights and actions for the company and develops data-driven foundations for operating decisions.
Previous experience
Prior to joining Genioo in 2015, Isabel gained relevant work experience in the fields of Finance and Statistics, General Administration and Logistics, working for small- and medium- sized enterprises in Switzerland.

Education
Isabel has a Master’s of Arts Degree in Economics with a focus on Business Administration from the University of Zurich (Switzerland).
Languages: Native German, fluent in English and basic knowledge of French and Swedish
Interests
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside (most preferably hiking in the Swiss Alps) or travelling the world, experiencing new places and cultures.
