Genioo Expertise Expands Beyond Borders for Ambitious Clients with Big Ideas!
Genioo, the leader in project-success enablement, has unveiled ambitions to expand its abilities and help clients realize more value from important projects with the addition of three key appointments.
Located in the US and Europe, the company is growing its team on both continents to expand its commercial and creative functions. In their New York office, John Paul Lee has been hired to accelerate the evolution of Genioo’s Service model and build a Centre of Excellence Function. As Head of Client Operations and Service Design, he comes from a rich and diverse career in enabling companies to re-define their paths, drive efficiencies, scale growth and optimize profitability.
John Paul joins Genioo from Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) where, as SVP and Global Head of GLG Surveys, he executed a successful turnaround of the business unit, turning it into one of the fastest-growing, most profitable business units. Prior to GLG, John Paul spent four years at McKinsey & Company, during which he led clients and engagement teams to deliver sustainable value across various industries including technology, healthcare and financial services. He brings to Genioo a wealth of expertise in leading game-changing business initiatives to build organizational start-ups, turnaround businesses, and deliver operational transformations.
Markus Stricker joins Genioo from Kearney, where he served as Lead Partner for the DACH Pharma & Healthcare practice and served as MD for Switzerland. Markus will head up Genioo's European Commercial Function, helping to grow and strengthen the European business. He will aim at expanding their client base and bringing Genioo's PMO suite and implementation services to a broader set of companies and industries.
Prior to leading Kearney’s DACH Pharma & Healthcare practice, he worked for more than 15 years out of Brazil, as Lead Partner of Kearney’s Latin American Consumer Goods & retail Practice, playing a significant role in the start-up and growth of the region. Markus brings extensive experience in operations strategy and transformation and in helping clients in the healthcare and consumer goods industry to create competitive advantage in business turnarounds, post-merger integration and supporting greenfield innovation.
Zurich-based Marianne McAlindon is Genioo's new Head of Global Marketing & Communications, responsible for strengthening the Genioo brand and helping to grow the business. Marianne brings over a decade of global marketing experience. She latterly served as Global Head of Marketing at Efficio, a global procurement consultancy, building up their global marketing function and team, developing their brand strategy and executing lead-generating, global campaigns. Prior experience also includes marketing roles in KPMG-Boxwood and BDO.
These three appointments will enable Genioo's co-creating teams of consultants and independent expert professionals to build stronger links with clients and, as a trusted partner, translate great ideas into concrete initiatives that deliver long-lasting value.
